MJSM
Branding
Web design
MJSM an organization that supports youth with mental health, with a mission to promote and amplify the voices of young people and their experiences. Their target audience consisted of a wide age range of 12-35, including government officials who they would be presenting proposals to. The unique challenge of their project was to address this diverse audience. They needed their branding to be versatile and speak to not only youth, but also work in professional contexts.

A colorful speech bubble, with the optical illusion of transparency, represents the values of the organization, centering around free speech, diversity, and inclusion.

Social Media
As a way to promote their mission to share and amplify mental health experiences of youth, a social media system was designed with the idea to highlight excerpts of testimonies. This was a strategic way for them to share stories and create a platform to encourage youth to participate in the movement.
Card game
Of all the promotional items, I particularly wanted
to create something which could be useful, a real tool that they could use to propel their mission and encourage youth to actively reflect on their mental health experiences.
The outcome was a card game. The cards consisted of questions that could spark discussions about mental health, and introspection. In short, a tool to help youth verbalize their experiences in a safe space.
